This 6 months warranty service offered by Rock-mobile.com must be purchased at the same time with your items, a warranty record will be in our tracking system. This extended warranty service is valid only for the original consumer purchaser only. Warranty will not covered in the follow circumstance:
 
  •  Accident
  • Damage due to shipment in transit
  • Failure to follow instructions supplied with the product
  • Flashing different software application
  • Liuqid damage
  • Neglect, fire, lightning, or any acts of nature
  • Physical damage
  • Unauthorized product modification of removal, installation and set-up service charges by any third party
  • Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications
 
Information Of The Warranty
  • A 6 months warranty will activate at the time of the item shows "Deliveried" from the courier service's tracking system.
  • We do have the right to decide whether we will offer repair, exchange/replace, or issue a store credit regarding on the DOA or defective units.
  • Our extended warranty services do not apply to any product that has had its serial number or IMEI number altered, defaced or removed.
  • We do not accept any defected unit occurring after the expiration of the warranty period. There are no exception.
 
How To Claim The Warranty
  • An Original User can be ONLY claim the warranty, there are no exception.
  • You MUST contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning your items, and you MUST attach with a copy of your photo ID with your name and address on, and any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by us. More importantly, the customer are responsible any charge or cost for the package until it arrives at our offices.
  • When a return is authorized, please ship the return item by a reliable and insured carrier also obtain a tracking number for your package. As we will not responsible for damages or loss during in transit, we requested you sercurely pack the product in a box using bubbles wrap, and please return the entire defective product with all the accessories including original box. Missing items may cause the failure for the warranty procedure.
  • Please clearly stated the problem of the item, and the reason for replacement.
  • Our technical support representative will determine if your problem is covered under this warranty agreement.
  • We will cover the shipping fee for returning the terms to customers, and the process timeline will will usually takes 7-14 business.
