| Rock-mobile.com offers a 7 days Return Policy for
defective item only from the date of arrival at your location. Customer's
returned must meet the requirement stared below in order for us to accept
the return. |

- Customer are responsible for return shipping charges, this statement
also applies to defective items.
- Returned items without an approval RMA (Return
Material Authorization) number from the seller will not be processed.
- The RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from return
authorization given.
- You MUST contact us and obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) before returning your items, and
you MUST attach with a copy of your photo ID with your name and address
on, clearly stated the problem if you would lke the return for
replacement or exchange and any returns sent without an RMA number will
not be accepted by us. More importantly, the customer are responsible
any charge or cost for the package until it arrives at our offices.
- Any merchandise received after 7 days will be
refused for RMA number, and Rockmobile shall have no responsibility for
any phone not issued an RMA number.
- Misused or abused items will not be consider as
defective.
- All item lost in the mail will not be responsible
by Rock-Mobile.com. Also note that shipping fees and insurance are – Non
refundable. In certain cases, there might be other miscellaneous fees
pertaining to your order which are also non-fundable.
- Any return product must be in brand new
re-saleable condition with absolutely 0:00 on the life timer of the
product and returned with all printed materials, packaging, accessaries
as it was shipped to buyer.
- Damage/Loss for items must be reported to the
delivery company and to us within 1 week of receiving the ordered item(s).
